My name is Cindy Hansen, and I have been the principal of Pine Island Elementary School since 2013. I am incredibly proud of the children and adults who come to this place every day to learn together.
My husband and I have two amazing teenagers. They are the light of our lives, as I know your children are to you, and I am committed to helping your family have a successful year.
Great things are happening at Pine Island Schools! We are leading the way through technology initiatives, language immersion, 100 Book Challenge, and a state-recognized positive behavior system. Our instructional innovation is outstanding, yet we are also able to retain the close-knit community relationships upon which our school was built. The result is a high-performing school surrounded by an impressive network of supportive, caring individuals.
